This week, I introduced historic legislation to 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘅𝗲𝘀 from overtime pay. . As a nation, we are facing unprecedented challenges due to workforce shortages and continued high inflation levels. The KEEP Act, H.R. 8938, will address this by letting folks keep more of what they earn. The bottom line is the U.S. Government should not need Americans to work overtime to pay its bills.
