The 2025 March for Life theme, ‘Life: Why We March,’ is a great reminder of why the movement remains strong. For more than 50 years, millions of Americans – young and old – have come together in Washington, D.C. to defend the sanctity of life. Here are some of the pro-life bills I’m supporting this year:
1) Abortion is Not Health Care Act to end the federal tax deductibility of abortion.
2) Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act to prevent abortion procedures from getting a special federal tax advantage.
3) Unborn Child Support Act to give mothers the ability to receive child support payments while they are pregnant.
4) Protecting Life on College Campus Act to prohibit federal funds from going to any institution of higher learning that hosts or is affiliated with a student-based service site that provides abortion drugs or abortions to students or employees of the institution.
5) Protecting Individuals with Down Syndrome Act to protect the rights of individuals with Down syndrome by federally prohibiting doctors from knowingly performing abortions in cases where a baby received a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome.
6) No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act to prevent all federal funds from being used to pay for abortion or health benefits that include abortion.
