I am very pleased to hear that the new Idaho State Veterans Home in Boise has received approval to move forward!
This has been an issue top of mind for the Idaho Congressional Delegation which is why I introduced The WAIVER Act, H.R. 7514, to pave the way for needed Veteran home projects to get going across the Gem State.
I know I speak for many when I extend my gratitude to President Donald Trump’s Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Doug Collins, for getting this waiver through—a much deserved win delivered for Idaho Veterans!
Next up are the projects at the Pocatello and Lewiston State Veteran Homes for necessary remodeling.
