Senator Bill Hagerty

I applaud President Donald J. Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem’s leadership in ensuring that Tennesseans have the federal resources they need to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene and previous storms.
I appreciate them working with me to announce the release and approval of $9 million for 15 recovery projects that will help communities rebuild, strengthen resilience, and move forward. I am also grateful to the local leaders that I’ve been in continuous conversations with as they advocated for this funding.
I will continue working to make sure Tennesseans have the resources they need to recover and rebuild stronger.
