Last year brought another record population estimate. We’re now the fourth-youngest state in the nation. And earlier this week we learned that North Dakota had the highest net migration rate in the country in 2023.
From the Main Street Initiative to the Office of Legal Immigration established last year, to expanded child care and enhanced workforce recruitment and apprenticeship programs, we’ve worked with legislators, communities, business leaders and other stakeholders across the state to cut taxes and pave the way for continued growth in population, opportunity and prosperity.
