We remember the passing of one of the most legendary conservative voices in Tennessee history, Phil Valentine. When I stood on the front lines to stop a state income tax in Tennessee, Phil was right there beside me. I’ll always be grateful not only for his support during that fight, but more importantly, for his friendship. We’re thinking of you, Phil.
