A short time ago, I questioned FTC Chair Lina Khan during a House Commerce hearing on this regulation imposing undue 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.
