President Trump Was Right About Everything — Including the Democrat Shutdown Costing Us Growth

President Trump was right about everything in that a 43-day “Democrat shutdown” last year deliberately slowed U.S. economic growth but that despite that drag — with robust private-sector investment, jobs, and wages — GDP exceeded expectations and Trump’s pro-growth agenda will continue accelerating the economy in 2026.
